Shatte (pronounced like the French word for
“cat”) was the largest of the 2009 yearlings. She is stretchy,
angular, and deep bodied. She also is impressive in her
strength of bone, open ribbing, high withers, arched neck, and
tight toes. Athletically graceful on the move, she has a
wonderful can-do attitude in the show ring.
Shatte freshened with a correctly shaped,
high, widely attached, productive udder. She has won numerous
BUIS awards. Her foreudder score as a 3-yr-old was an
impressive 41, and as a 7-yr-old, it was still well extended,
scoring a 38. Her teat placement score at seven is 29!!!
