Linear Appraisal:
2-02 89 (VVEE), teat placement 24, foreudder 40, rear udder height 40.
4-03 92 EEEE!!! She received an E in head, rear legs, back, rump, and udder texture.
Silk, a maternal granddaughter of
CH The Iron Rod TH Sigourney and CH Iron-Rod Supersonic Stealth, is so very long and smooth. Paternal half-sister to
Mandalay, she shares her strengths in leg and feet correctness and width in chest floor as well as between the hocks. Her very long neck is a desirable quality that has made her a standout. Greets me with a wagging tail, so cute!
Silk freshened with a
most beautiful udder. Receiving an E in mammary as a first freshener, her udder is very globular in
shape. Her udder received a 25 in teat placement, a 39 in foreudder, and a 39 in rear udder height.
Shown twice in 2008, she was Res Gnd and placed 15th in the 4-yr-old class
at the 2008 National show. Shown three times in 2009 she placed 1X first,
1X Reserve 'Grand, 1X Grand A favored doeling, I
am grateful that she appears to have what it takes to stay and to succeed.
Bred to
Strategy, her kids are due May 11.
