Part of the 2nd place Jr Get of Sire and Best Three Jr. Does at the 2006 National Show, "Lusia" was the fifth place Sr. Yearling. Shown once as a kid, she placed BJrDIS. She also appraised LA-EC that same year.
As a first freshener, she was shown five times, placing 1st all five times. She placed Reserve Grand once.
Andalusia is a large and powerful doe, very much resembling her dam. She is particularly strong and correct in the front end, being wide in the chest floor, well-sprung, and deep. The photo of her udder was taken in May-this is her first freshening!
Late in 2007, she had a very bad case of
mastitis and was treated aggressively in the hope of retaining her udder capacity. Still unbalanced in 2008, she was not shown or
appraised. We are hoping that this coming freshening will bring symmetry back to her capacious and beautifully
attached mammary.
She has been bred to
Siempre. Kids are due May 17
